    My car had damage on both sides from 2 different accidents so we went to several shops for quotes one was through insurance and one was cash price to repair other side , The owner of this shop was very friendly,  knowledgeable and gave us quotes that were way better than the other shops now we chose this shop for several reasons. Communication was great and they fixed all damage in a timely manner and my car looks brand new again. We didn't owe much more then the quotes too which was wonderful.  I definitely recommend this body shop and will use again if needed.

    Edgar and his team at Hot Springs Body Shop are amazing! My husband and I had major damage to both our vehicles from the HS hail storm June of 2023. Edgar and company put both vehicles back together, and they looked new again. Mind you the insurance company wanted to total my 2013 Outback. We felt Hot Springs Body Shop really worked hard to make sure everything was right. Then May 2024 we suffered damages again from the tornado to both vehicles. Edgar and his family were right there for us. Our vehicles are back to looking brand new, and we really feel we have a friend in the business!! Thank you Edgar for everything you do, and an outstanding job!  We highly recommend them!

    My wife backed her car into a tree. Damage was very light but she loves her car and was really bummed. My friend recommended this place. Took it in and was quoted a better price than I’d feared. In only one day, they fixed it and my wife cannot even tell that it was repaired. Very pleased. Hopefully I won’t need body work but if I do, I’m going back here.

    i HIGHLY recommend Edgar and his team at Hot Springs Auto Body. i had major damage to my front end. really really bad and every body shop i chose to let assess the damage told me it was totaled. i found Edgar and he knew right away he could help. I took me vehicle to him and got it back in LESS than a week and it looked like nothing ever happened (other than the slightest difference in color). i was thoroughly amazed at the work done. he is very reasonable and does his very best at communicating and helping as best as he can. anybody with issues should go see this man and his team. Best body shop ever. Hands down! Thanks Guys!

    Took both our vehicles to Edgar and his crew in a last ditch effort to save them from insurance confiscation after very severe hail damage. (Little Fir 2023) His quote was reasonable and they were accommodating in working with us to repair one at a time which took quite awhile.  Edgar was direct, fair and honest in communicating what was happening during the process.  Extremely pleased with the results with repaired areas nearly identical to original.  A willingness to address concerns and ensure quality work gets this firm a 5 star performance from me.

    I don’t usually leave google reviews but I absolutely had to for this business. I’ve gone here a few times to get my Toyota Avalon fixed up and every time I do the service is fast, the employees are so kind, and they don’t try to overcharge you. I call ahead to make sure they’re not too busy and if they happen to be they fit me in asap the next day or so.  If you are looking for a local place to take your car I would highly recommend coming here.
